Services

Statco offers a wide range of services; whether your needs consist of an entire system design, a replacement pump, piping installation, or a preventive maintenance call; Statco has the experienced staff to fulfill your request. Our primary services are:

Our project engineering and design team is second to none.  We feel we have the most experienced and well-rounded engineers in the industry, both individually and collectively; the extremely low turnover in this department can only emphasize the cohesiveness of the group.  Their open lines of communication, and willingness to share information, help ensure that every project and every problem coast-to-coast is handled effectively.

The sales staff at Statco not only has a vast knowledge base of their own, but if needed, our sales department has access to the technical expertise of our engineering staff. Besides hands on experience, many of our sales team have in-plant experience or have worked for various factories within the industry; our sales team is factory trained on a regular basis to update themselves on the latest products, innovations and specialty applications.

Big or small, we install it all; this is the "build" side of our design/build business.  Our field installation crews specialize in sanitary welding, but regularly fabricate pipe hanging systems, platforms, ladders, and specialty fittings to name a few.  We also install the equipment that we sell, besides process piping, we have vast experience installing the components we are piping up to and away from.

The focus of our field service crew is the comprehensive repair and rebuild of process equipment such as fillers, homogenizers, and separators.   Members of the crew frequently travel to site for scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs; they are based out of Stockton CA and also do rebuilds in our shop.  Their goal is to service the equipment with as little downtime as possible, and should your equipment break down unexpectedly, you can count on our service technicians to respond immediately and have you up and running as soon as possible, within days not weeks.
