Rotary Filler CIP
Statco's all stainless steel, skid mounted gravity filler CIP system is designed for use with rotary plastic jug fillers that have dual head CIP manifold attachments. The system is self contained, utilizing a Fristam CIP circulation pump, and air valves which are used to redirect flow during the rinse and wash cycles. An in-line stainless steel CIP heat exchanger is used to ensure proper wash temperatures. An automatic water fill valve is included for complete water addition. Hoses are also included with the unit.
A stainless steel control panel is included with a one-pen temperature recorder, programmable controller to control all phases of the rinse/cycle and heating loop. The PLC controls wash valves so that the CIP flow is directed in forward and reverse flows to maximize efficiency. A motor starter is included in the control panel and pre-wired to the pump.
These custom units are built in our Stockton fabrication shop out of 2" square tubing, typically utilizing all of our primary factories such as Anderson Instruments, Fristam Pumps, and Sudmo valves. Delivery times are estimated at time of quotation and/or order placement.
