Model JSSB

This caser is designed to load round bottles into 13"x13" plastic dairy cases.  A minimum of three cases complete with container and lids for each size to be run must be submitted for testing and approval before acceptance of an order, along with Statco order data sheets and an existing plant layout.

Features:

  • 2" square tubing stainless steel construction, with electro-polish
  • Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200 controller
  • Air operated
  • Loads one (1) case at a time
  • Mattop Infeed Conveyor with drive and Mattop
  • Modified end drive for 880 chain

Rated Speeds:

  • 5x5 Pattern Round 1/2 Pint (2 Tier) Up to 350 per minute
  • 4x4 Pattern Round Pint Bottles Up to 300 per minute
  • 3x4 Pattern Round Quart Bottles  Up to 200 per minute

Utilities Requirements:

  • Air 30cfm at 90psi
  • 110V electrical in to caser, caser converts to 230V for drive motor
  • Conveyor Infeed Drive 3/4HP, 230/460V, 3 Phase
