Model JHSB

This high speed caser is designed to load round bottles into 13"x13" plastic dairy cases.  A minimum of three cases complete with container and lids for each size to be run must be submitted for testing and approval before acceptance of an order, along with Statco order data sheets and an existing plant layout.

• 2" square tubing stainless steel construction, with electro-polish
• Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200 controller w/ Panel View and self diagnostics
• Air operated
• Loads two (2) cases at a time
• Mattop Infeed Conveyor with drive and Mattop
• Modified end drive for 880 chain

Rated Speeds:

• 4x5 Pattern Round Pint   Up to 600 per minute
• 3x4 Pattern Round Quart Bottles  Up to 350 per minute
