Model J Soft Touch Caser

This caser is designed for loading Gallon and ½ Gallon bottles in standard 16 quart or 24 quart dairy cases.  A minimum of three cases complete with container and lids for each size to be run must be submitted for testing and approval before acceptance of an order, along with Statco order data sheets and an existing plant layout.

Features:

  • 2" square tubing stainless steel construction for durability
  • Stainless steel NEMA 4 control panel with Allen Bradley Micrologix-1000 PLC
  • No case / no load
  • Case counter
  • Separate solenoid valve enclosure
  • Available in left or right hand feed

Rated Speeds:

  • Square Gallons (Up to 160 per minute)
  • Square ½ Gallon Plastic (Up to 200 per minute)

Utilities Requirements:

  • Air 30 CFM at 90PSI
  • 110V Electrical Panel 15A Service
  • Conveyor Infeed Drive 3/4  HP, 230/460V 3ph
