Model D-HS High Speed Caser

This caser is designed for loading bottles and cartons into standard 16 quart or 24 quart dairy cases.  A minimum of three cases complete with container and lids for each size to be run must be submitted for testing and approval before acceptance of an order, along with Statco order data sheets and an existing plant layout.

  • 3 Liter Square Plastic (Up to 100-110 per minute)
  • 2 Liter Square Plastic (Up to 140 per minute)
  • 1.1 Liter Round Plastic Staggered (Up to 130-140 per minute)

  • Conveyor Infeed Drive 3/4  HP, 230/460V 3ph
