Statco's food processing experience varies extensively; we have experience with jams/jellies, pie fillings, fruit and vegetable processing, seafood and surimi processing, candy, nutritional and diet foods, soups, and baked goods.
Statco's Beverage Division specializes in the design of process systems for the production of fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, bottled water, sport beverages, specialty drinks, and dairy and soy processing.
The dairy industry has relied on Statco's long history to provide them with the highest quality components and design expertise for fluid milk, ice cream, and an assortment of cultured products such as cheese, yogurt, pro-biotics, sour cream, cream cheese and buttermilk.
In accordance to bio-pharm industry standards and FDA requirements, we offer a selection of pumps, valves, fittings, tanks, and reactors in a variety of sizes and polishes, as well as CIP systems and instrumentation.
Statco's fabrication shop has the capabilities to economically provide pump carts, flow panels, valve manifolds, hot water sets, and custom CIP skids. Our shop has the flexibility for making changes, as well as the capacity to provide custom components and systems, quickly and for less.
Statco casers are manufactured in a shop dedicated strictly to the fabrication of our high speed and low speed casers that are capable of running pint size bottles through gallon jugs.
