Features/options:
- complete skidded system on a polished stainless steel frame designed for heating, cooling and volumetric requirements
- typical systems include multi-stage plate and frame heat exchanger, balance tank with level control, air-controlled valves, pasteurization hold tube, booster and stuffing pumps
- typical control system includes controller with operator interface, pump starters/drives, solenoid valves, input and output modules
- typical operator functions include system start/stop, flow rate adjustment, heating/cooling set points, PID tuning parameters, and HOA functions
